The part where you meet me...
I'm a computer science engineer by training, but I didn't set out to become a designer. I started by being curious about how things work. Over time, that curiosity shifted toward how people experience what we build - how they use it, what they feel, and what gets in their way. That's what led me to design, and it's where I do my best work.
Learning by doing (and trying Everything!)
At NIFT, Mumbai, I got to try my hand at a bit of everything - graphics, physical objects, spaces, and digital products. Some worked, some didn't, but all of it taught me one thing: design is less about the output, and more about how one experiences it.
Today, when I approach product design, I look at the full journey - what someone notices first, how they move through it, and how it feels when they're done.
How I work as a Designer
I care about making things feel clear, simple, and thoughtful. The goal is always the same: design products that are easy to use, and feel good without needing a manual.
I ask a lot of questions, explore multiple directions, and only then commit to the one that feels most honest to the problem.
Not just a designer
When I'm not designing, I'm usually doing something creative—pottery one day, sketching people the next, or heading out on a new adventure. Art and travel keep me inspired and often influence how I think and design.
